okay so this is mister jacolyn I'm going to show you a homemade Forge this inside of here for just not on obviously that's why I'm touch me with my bare hands this right here is a bunch of aluminum and aluminium is it relatively easy how to melt does it melts at about Eleven Hundred degrees Fahrenheit  and what we are going to do is we are going to put it in the Forge and we are going to set into an ingot we wanted to be in the Forge we want basically  wanted to line up with the torch here take the propane and then eventually we wanted to look like this Ingot of aluminum Okay so sure step is make sure this is off return on connection for the aluminum and hun get a little starter here propane starting turn it up nice and high what would you say is the red hot at a certain temperature metals and start the fall off light 31st lightning chassis was called red hot and red what started about 1100 1200 degrees and after that we're starting to see now for 3015 the car is a bit higher in temperature the new Korean basic Garden  temperature that we want but we are going to do we are going to carefully remove a little pay here  and we can see that right there is Red Hawk liquid text eventually got liquid aluminum and what's nice about aluminum not only that if pens melt at a low temperature what you can also do it's relatively either way it can be put into a mold  and it's relatively easy to make are things with its aluminum so we've got a liquid aluminum here and it's now in Ingot form and now it's relatively easy if you wanted to say or it into  a mold so we got here got the aluminum and what's on top what is called slag flag  it's not good thing it's kind of a waste product  in  normally if you were going to save it as an Ingot you would remove most of this flag material because it's not very good if you wanted to make anything out of it it's really not that you wouldn't want to be in the final product  a lot of times you will remove  that plague material got to get the flag crowbar  flag Sabrina you can see The Shining underneath hand for now this aluminum is pretty much ready if you wanted to make something with it so  now that it's  relatively pure we could take it and we could poured into a mold and make or aluminum part with it and that you be my next
