Introduction

Hello Park City Prep students and families! I am excited to kick off the 2023/2024 school year and see both new and familiar faces after a restful summer break.

As the Literacy Specialist at PCP, my primary focus will be providing Tier II intervention to students who need support in the area of reading. I will also continue to facilitate Professional Development opportunities for teachers and lead monthly data meetings to ensure every student is working towards his or her potential.

I'm sure it comes as no surprise but I am most passionate about READING and WRITING and I hope to instill a love of both to all students at Park City Prep.

I hope you join me on our 25 Book Challenge this year as research as shown time and time again that the best way to become a stronger reader is to read more books.
