Giving to Park City Prep
Thank you for considering making a gift to Park City Prep Charter School. Every donation truly makes a difference in the lives of our students and their families. We offer a number of ways in which you can support our faculty and students. If your company offers matching gifts, be sure to inquire about support for Park City Prep through your company's program. We are truly grateful for your generosity and belief that all students deserve opportunities to achieve their highest potential in today’s highly technical, science-based world.

Our Philanthropic Need
Park City Prep’s focus on science, technology and math is designed to prepare its graduates to successfully compete in an ever-increasingly technological world. To enhance our science and technology programs, and to involve our students in enriching science activities and experiences, requires an investment not fully covered by the current funding formula for charter schools.
In Connecticut, public charter schools are funded at only 75% of the amount allocated to traditional public schools and unlike traditional public schools, have to purchase or lease the buildings they occupy, as well.
In order to be sure that our teachers have the resources they need to provide the highest quality of instruction possible for our 360 students in grades 5 through 8, we must supplement the funding we receive from the State of Connecticut with financial support from people like you, who believe in our mission and want to ensure that our students can continue to excel as they have in the past.
Your generous contributions will help close the current funding gap so that our students will have the opportunity to reach their full potential, and leave Park City Prep with the foundation they need to access careers in the fields of science and technology in the future.

Online: To make an online donation, please click here. You will be able to choose where you wish for your gift to be allocated, and can pay by credit card.
Checks: Check donations can be mailed to our school at the address listed below. Please make checks out to Park City Prep Charter School. If you wish for us to allocate your gift to a specific fund or purpose, please indicate this information on the memo line or in a separate note; otherwise, we will designate these funds to be used where they can have the greatest educational impact on our students.

In-Kind Donations: Since Park City Prep is completely funded by the State of Connecticut, there is no cost to attend; however, students and their families must cover costs of necessities such as uniforms and school supplies, as well as the cost of field trips and other enrichment experiences. If you wish to donate specific items for use by our students or faculty, we can happily arrange this! Donate Your Time: Volunteers and tutors are invaluable resources to our students in all grades. Donating your time is another gratifying way to experience the powerful impact you can have on our young people’s lives. We welcome your interest in serving our school in this way.
